Pocono Mountain Regional Police are seeking a Long Pond man who is charged with attempted homicide after a June 1 incident.

Yasim Eugene McDonald, 23, is wanted on the attempted homicide charges and charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, terroristic threats, possession of instruments of crime, endangering the welfare of a child and reckless endangerment.

Police said they responded to a domestic incident in which shots were fired at 4:18 p.m. on the 2300 block of Long Pond Road. No one was struck by the shots and McDonald fled the scene in a black Volkswagen sedan. The vehicle was located at the boat ramp at Arbor Drive in Emerald Lakes but McDonald’s whereabouts could not be determined.
