A Carbon County man is facing charges following an incident that occurred at 8:12 a.m. on May 19.

State police at Hazleton said troopers responded to a report of a disturbance/noise complaint along Brenkman Drive in Packer Township, Carbon County. Through a further investigation it was determined that John Anthony Cherba, 43, of Weatherly, will be charged with terroristic threats, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. The listed victims are a 81-year-old man and a 79-year-old woman, both of Weatherly.
