Denise Le Kranch, of Tuscarora, and her mother, were at a stoplight in Tamaqua on Tuesday while an unexpected visitor flew by. At the intersection of Hunter and Spruce streets, a rare bald eagle swooped through, picked up roadkill and took off into the clouds. She was able to snap a few photos of the exciting moment.
