Credit defaults

The following actions were filed by credit card companies, or their collection agencies, for alleged defaults on credit card/loan accounts.

U.S. Bank National Association, Bensalem, filed an action against Stephan R. Glicken, 121B Berwick St., Beaver Meadows, seeking $13,330.93.

OneMain Financial Group, Evansville, Indiana, filed the following actions: Dale A. Meckes, 301 Mountain Road, Albrightsville, seeking $2,537.26, and a second action seeking $2,537.26.

Cavalry SPV I, Valhalla, New York, filed the following actions: Justin Samler, 139 Pine St., Beaver Meadows, seeking $2,594.10; and Scott A. Morgan, 4300 Little Gap Road, Palmerton, seeking $5,698.52

Mortgage foreclosures

The following actions were filed as mortgage foreclosures for alleged defaults on loans.

Wells Fargo Bank, c/o 3476 Stateview Blvd., Fort Mill, South Carolina, filed an action against Georgine Robertshaw and George Gillespie, both of 7303 103rd St. E, Puyallup, Washington; Beth Robertshaw, 28 Ellen Heath Drive, Matawan, New Jersey; and Shawn Gilliespie, 2610 23rd Ave., SW, Puyallup, Washington; all as heirs of Jack E. Robertshaw, deceased, over property at 51 E. White St., Summit Hill. Sought is $27,446.86 and continuing interest.

U.S. Bank Trust National Association, c/o 3217 S. Deeker Lake Drive, Salt Lake City, Utah, filed an action against Scott A. Steimel, 7 Jordan Road, Albrightsville, over property at that address. Sought is $138,864.48 and continuing interest.

Loan default

U.S. Asset Management, 700 Longwater Drive, Norwell, Massachusetts, filed an action against Michelle Turner, 33 Dogwood Lane, Nesquehoning, alleging she defaulted on a student loan. Sought is $17,953.90 plus interest, costs and fees.

Auto crashes

• Delores J. and Colin L. Solt, 620 Craig St., Bowmanstown, filed a civil action against Barbara A. Mitteager, 29 Blackberry Lane, Jim Thorpe, over an automobile crash.

The suit states on July 14, 2020, a crash involving a vehicle operated by the plaintiff and one by the defendant occurred along Blakeslee Boulevard East, near Frederick’s Grove Road.

Negligence for the crash and the damages and injuries sustained, which are detailed in the suit, are alleged by the plaintiff against the defendant.

Sought are damages in excess of $50,000.

• Sherlly Canizares, 200 Meyers St., East Stroudsburg, filed a civil action against Drew Weaver, 42 Clearbrook Drive, Albrightsville, over a crash that occurred on July 29, 2019, along Route 534 in Penn Forest Township, involving vehicles operated by the plaintiff and defendant.

The plaintiff is alleging negligence for the crash against the defendant for damages and injuries sustained and detailed in the suit.

Sought are damages in excess of $50,000.
