State police at Frackville report on incidents

State police at Frackville reported on the following incidents in Schuylkill County:

• Troopers reported the arrest of Bambi Kearns, 38, of Newfoundland, Wayne County, on a drug charge.

Troopers said on Saturday at 3 p.m. witnesses observed a small plastic baggie fall out of Kearns’ purse while at 45 Plaza Drive, the Walmart store in Hometown, Rush Township. One witness retrieved the baggie and contacted troopers. An investigation revealed the white substance inside the baggie was methamphetamine.

• On Friday at 4:17 a.m. troopers were dispatched to 1200 Morea Road, in Mahanoy Township, for a 2009 Subaru blocking the entrance to a local business, Fabcon. On scene troopers found a female unconscious in the driver’s seat. Upon waking her up troopers detected the strong odor of alcohol coming from her breath. She was then taken to the Lehigh Valley Hospital East, Pottsville, for suspicion of driving under the influence.

She was identified as Dalilah Trygar, 26, of Mahanoy City. A DUI charge is pending blood test results, troopers said.

• On May 2 at 11:50 a.m. troopers responded to a residence along West Poplar Street in Shenandoah, for a report of a domestic incident. On scene troopers determined a 52-year-old woman, who troopers declined to identify, made physical contact with a 49-year-old man. The woman was issued a citation for harassment - physical contact.
