Mrs. John Breslin was elected president of the St. Joseph’s Guild of Catholic Women when the ladies met last evening in St. Joseph’s Church auditorium to select officers for the upcoming year.

Mrs. Margaret Tarsavage, the current president, presided during the program in which 69 women were in attendance.

Other women who will join Mrs. Breslin in leading the Guild are Mrs. Edward Penberth, vice president; Mrs. Albert Williams, secretary; Mrs. Bernard Markey, treasurer; and Mrs. Anthony Cusanelli, sergeant-at-arms.

Named as auditors for this year were Mrs. Anne Marie Whitenight, Mrs. Marion O’Donnell and Mrs. Sally Gallagher.
