State police at Fern Ridge reported investigating a hit-and-run crash at 3:36 p.m. May 7 at the intersection of Route 115 and State Road in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County.

Troopers said Daniel Wojtowicz, 37, of Lehighton, was driving a 2015 Dodge Caravan northbound on 115 while another vehicle was southbound. The other driver then made a left turn in front of Wojtowicz without yielding and causing the Caravan to strike the other vehicle. After impact the other driver fled the scene.

Wojtowicz was not injured and his vehicle was able to be driven from the scene.
