St. John’s Lutheran Church, 319 South Ave., Jim Thorpe will be holding their annual clothing collection and giveaway this year, but those attending must abide by COVID-19 guidelines.

They are accepting cleaned, slightly used or new clothing at the church Monday-Friday until June 11. They are asking that no clothing be left at the church doors. Please call Mary Strohl, 570-325-2294, or Shirley Stermer, 570-325-3536, to make arrangements for drop-off date and time. Please note no household items will be accepted.

Days of giveaway, masks must be worn with no exceptions. Adults only, no children will be permitted. The giveaway dates are as follows: June 17 and June 24, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; June 18 and June 25, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.; June 19 and June 26, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
