Schuylkill officials seek fugitive

Schuylkill County District Attorney Michael O’Pake and the Schuylkill County Detectives are asking the public to help locate Richard Arrigo.

He failed to appear at the Schuylkill County Courthouse for status conferences for criminal cases May 30 and June 30, 2020. He also didn’t show up for a July 6, 2020, preliminary hearing in Magisterial District Court James K. Reiley’s Courtroom, Pottsville. Original charges are retail theft-take merchandise and criminal trespass-enter structure.

Arrigo, 28, is described as a white non-Hispanic male; 5 feet, 6 inches tall; weighing 150 pounds.

His last known address is the 800 block of Fairview Street in Pottsville.

Anyone who may see or come into contact with Arrigo is asked to call the Schuylkill County 911 Center immediately. Those with information about Arrigo or other fugitives in the county may call the Schuylkill County District Attorney’s office at 570-628-1350 or Schuylkill County Tip Line at 570-624-3987. A total of 115 benches warrants were served for April. To date, 397 bench warrant were served.
