State police at Schuylkill Haven reported on the following incidents:

• On March 28 at 7:15 a.m. troopers responded to a domestic incident at a residence along Third Street in Port Carbon. As a result of an investigation Leon Schappell, 30, of Hamburg, was cited for harassment - physical contact, against a 25-year-old woman from Port Carbon.

• On April 7 at 12:56 a.m. troopers conducted a traffic stop of a 2004 Cadillac Deville at East Railroad and Atlantic streets in Pottsville. The driver, a 31-year-old woman from Pottsville, who troopers declined to identify, was found to be under the influence and placed under arrest for DUI. She was in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

• On April 7 at 12:28 a.m. troopers conducted a traffic stop at Mill Creek Avenue and First Street in East Norwegian Township of a 2010 Subaru Legacy Outback. A 46-year-old man from Port Carbon, who troopers declined to identify, was in possession of methamphetamine, heroin and drug paraphernalia.

• On April 11 at 11:15 a.m. troopers were dispatched to a residence along Jackson Street in Port Carbon for a report of a domestic dispute. Troopers said a 38-year-old woman and a 42-year-old man at that address, who troopers declined to identify, were involved. Both were cited for harassment - physical contact.
