State police at Frackville reported on the following incidents at Schuylkill County locations.

• On April 15 at 6:15 a.m., Troy Payne, 44, of Frackville, and Alexis Day, 39, of Mahanoy City, engaged in a physical altercation inside a residence at in the 200 block of West Wylam Street, West Mahanoy Township, during which they punched each other.

Both were issued citations for harassment - physical contact.

• Troopers also reported investigating a scattering of rubbish incident that occurred on April 14 at 11:51 a.m. Someone dumped various items of garbage along Mountain Road in Blythe Township, near the entrance of the Pierson Materials property.
