I am disgusted that you minimize the horror of two Capitol Police deaths during the Jan. 6 insurrection at the Capitol. Rather than assign blame where it belongs, on the vicious violence of the attackers, you call their deaths “natural” and “accidental.” Yet you call the justified shooting of the criminal who broke into the Senate room a “homicide.” You even tout her Air Force creds in an obvious attempt to make her sound honorable.

Not only did an officer die as a direct result of the actions of the rioters, but so did the two officers who killed themselves right after the attack. The “liberal media” is correct in identifying the attack as a preplanned attempted coup. It was clearly directed by Trump, who chose the date, the location, gave the directions and the order to “stop the count.”
