SS. Peter and Paul

Masses

Lord’s Day Masses at SS. Peter and Paul Parish, 260 N. Third St., Lehighton, begin on Saturday at 4 p.m. and Sunday at 7:45 a.m. and 10 a.m. Father Christopher M. Zelonis offers the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass with the assistance of Deacon Joseph C. Wilhelm Jr. While reservations are not being taken, we can safely hold no more than 75 people with social distancing, wearing of masks and sanitizing practices in place.

Our parish hall (school building) livestreams Mass from church and can fit an additional 25 people.

For those who are not ready or able to join us in person, each Mass is livestreamed on our parish Facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/sspplehightonpa, and on our website, peterandpaulchurch.com, and is available later on our parish YouTube channel. The cry room remains unavailable, but we love the sight and sound of children!

PREP

Our Parish Religious Education Program (PREP) meets Sundays during the school year at 8:45 a.m. in the parish hall, observing all sanitary precautions.

Contact Deacon Wilhelm at 610-377-3690 for more information.

Confirmation

Please pray for the eight young people of our parish who are preparing to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation from Bishop Schlert on April 22 at St. Joseph, Jim Thorpe.

May the sevenfold Gifts of the Holy Spirit empower them to be mature disciples of Jesus in the Catholic Church.
