State police at Schuylkill Haven reported on the following crashes investigated by troopers in Schuylkill County:

• A one-vehicle crash was reported at 4:47 p.m. on Saturday along Route 61 in West Brunswick Township. Troopers said Mackenzie A. Mady, 41, of Orwigsburg, was driving a 2012 Honda Odyssey southbound and attempted to slow down to make a right turn onto Holly Road. She didn’t slow down enough to make the turn and lost control of her vehicle. The Honda left the road and struck guard rail along the berm.

Mady fled the scene but was later located at her residence. She was not injured. The vehicle was towed.

She was cited for immediate notice of accident to police.

• A two-vehicle crash was reported on March 31 at 2:02 p.m. along Route 61 in North Manheim Township. Troopers said Thomas M. O’Brien, 94, of Minersville, driving a 2005 Chevrolet Colorado, was stopped in the eastbound lane at a posted stop sign at the intersection with South Greenview Road. Alana N. Schultz, 19, of Pottsville, driving a 3004 Jeep Cherokee, was northbound. O’Brien proceeded through the intersection without proper clearance and struck the Jeep.

Schultz sustained a suspected minor injury but did not require immediate medical attention. O’Brien was not injured. Both vehicles had to be towed.
