West Penn honors township employee

The West Penn Board of Supervisors presented Joe Fritz with a certificate of appreciation at Monday night’s meeting. Fritz has been working for the township for 17 years driving trucks, pouring and rolling. Frtiz said he has seen the good, the bad and the ugly over the years, but has enjoyed his work with West Penn. Fritz has lived in the area for 55 years.
