A Carbon County resident is facing charges for an incident in Luzerne County.

State police at Hazleton said on March 14 at 9:43 a.m. troopers responded to the area of Hollywood Boulevard, in Hazle Township, for a report of a trespass on residential property complaint. The property owners, a 62-year-old woman from Hazleton and a 33-year-old man from Hazle Township, told a man to leave their property but he refused.

Troopers on scene also told the man to leave and he refused. The man, identified as Chad Sateach, 26, of Beaver Meadows, resisted arrest. He was eventually taken into custody and arraigned before a district judge on charges of criminal trespass, possession of a prohibited weapon, resisting arrest and harassment.

Records indicate he is currently an inmate in the county prison in Wilkes-Barre.
