Residents in some areas of Carbon County, like in Summit Hill, woke up this morning to about a half inch of snow. After some warm temperatures and a couple of days of rainy weather, it appeared spring arrived. But it’s April and sometimes the weather will fool you, especially since it’s April Fools’ Day.
