The Blue Bombers, coached by Ted Plessl, tally three runs in both the fifth and sixth frames to pull away for the win. Dean Hager also contributes a two-run single during the fifth, while Nate Hunsicker adds a key hit in the sixth. Hunsicker finishes with two hits in the contest and Ryan Waibel adds a solo home run. Jarod Saas gains the pitching win in relief of Ivan George.
