March 4, 1992 - Joe Rader pours in a team-high 27 points and Randy Hydro finishes with a double-double to help lead Jim Thorpe to an 81-73 victory over Antoine Hubbard and Salisbury in the District 11 Class 2A semifinals. Rader also collects eight rebounds in the contest, while Hydro ends with 12 boards and 16 points, including a 10-of-12 effort at the foul line. The Olympians, coached by Randy Engle, also receive 17 points from Dave Figura and Brian “Pip” Rehrig. The four double-digit scorers more than offset a 38-point performance from Hubbard.
