A Carbon County resident is facing charges following a terroristic threat incident at a county development.

State police at Fern Ridge said on Feb. 3 at 8:49 a.m. Arianna Colon-Ecker, 24, of Albrightsville, contacted the Indian Mountain Lakes security to report that her development has not been paved by the community.

Security contacted state police and reported that Colon-Ecker had engaged in an argument with a security guard, identified as a 29-year-old man, and had threatened to shoot him with a 9mm Glock handgun. The incident occurred along Watauga Lane in Penn Forest Township.
