Calvary Lewistown

Pastor Ralph Saunders will officiate at the 10:25 a.m. worship service this Sunday in Calvary Evangelical United Methodist Church, Lewistown Valley. Sunday school classes are held at 9:15 a.m. and Sunday evening praise and sharing is at 6:30 p.m.

Feb. 3 prayer and praise at 7 p.m. Feb. 7 is Souper Bowl Sunday. Bring canned soup or cartons of soup mix to be collected during the 10:25 a.m. service for Mission Outreach. Please do not bring outdated items.

St. John

St. John Lutheran Church, 200 E. Mauch Chunk St., has announced that Sunday services and confirmation class are canceled for Jan. 31. Services and confirmation classes will resume on Feb. 7. Worship and music, Feb. 3 at 7 p.m. Call 570-668-4570 for more information.
