John Kemmerer, 30, of Orwigsburg, is facing charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance following a response by state police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks at 8:16 a.m. Dec. 25.

Police said they were summoned to a possible domestic violence incident at Route 61 and Manheim Road in North Manheim Township and learned Kemmerer drove to the rear of the Sheetz Gas Station there and was found to be under the influence of drugs.

He was arrested for suspicion of DUI, police said.
