Interstate 80 crashes

State police at the Stroudsburg barracks reported on crashes on Interstate 80:

• Two vehicles were slightly damaged in an incident at 7:40 p.m. Dec. 10 on Interstate 80 in Tunkhannock Township.

Police said the driver of a 2-15 Mazda CX-5 was eastbound and attempted to merge into the right lane when the Mazda struck a 2021 Freightliner. No one was injured.

• Julie Bullock, 27, of Long Pond, suffered minor injuries in a one-vehicle mishap at 10:19 a.m. Dec. 9 on Interstate 80 in Jackson Township.

Police said she was driving a 2019 Econoline E350 west when she lost control of the vehicle while attempting to merge into the right westbound lane. The vehicle spun counter-clockwise and struck an embankment on the right berm. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

She was transported to the St. Luke’s Hospital, Stroudsburg, after complaining of back pain.

Bullock was cited for failure to drive at a safe speed.
