State police at Hazleton are investigating a theft in Carbon County.

Troopers said a 57-year-old man from Quakake Road, Packer Township, reported someone removed a Dewalt radial saw and a double halogen light from his property.

The theft occurred sometime between Dec. 5 and 6.

The total value of the missing items is $500.
