Thomas McCall was the guest speaker during the Christmas party meeting of the St. Joseph Guild of Catholic Women, Summit Hill, held on Wednesday night. He spoke to the group on education.

Monsignor J. Francis Haley and the Rev. Andrew S. Polaha were guests of the women, along with the Sisters of Mercy.

Mrs. Loretta Bonner, president, thanked the women for untiring work throughout the year.

The women will meet again on Jan. 14 when the hospitality committee will consist of Marguerite Bonner, Helen McFadden, Mary McCall, Anna Mundy, Irene Cadden, Margaret Ferry, Margaret Sommers and Mary Martello.
