Josiah White Park in downtown Jim Thorpe is decorated for the holidays as a light snow falls Wednesday morning. There is no formal festival this year because of the pandemic, but children and parents are being asked to make an ornament to decorate the community Christmas tree at Memorial Park and place it on the tree when it is convenient for them.
