Mike Meining, veteran outreach coordinator for Valor Clinic Foundation, accepts a turkey from Lehighton Borough Police Chief Brian Biechy as part of Operation Give a Gobbler held Wednesday morning at Colossal Radio Studio in Lehighton. The Carbon Chamber & Economic Development Corp. has teamed up with Colossal Radio and the Pennsylvania State Police Troop N for the program, which is aimed to give back to veterans at the Valor Clinic by providing them with a Thanksgiving turkey.
