State police at Fern Ridge report on incidents

State police at Fern Ridge reported on the following arrests made by troopers.

• On Oct. 18 at 1:47 p.m. troopers responded to 95 Cummings Lane, in Penn Forest Township, Carbon County, for a report of criminal mischief.

It was discovered a 36-year-old man from Albrightsville, who troopers declined to identify, broke a window of a home owned by a 41-year-old woman from Albrightsville. He was charged with criminal mischief.

• State police at Fern Ridge said troopers responded to 122 Fun Court, in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County, on Oct. 7 at 10 a.m. for a report of a domestic incident.

On scene troopers discovered that a 21-year-old man from Saylorsburg, who they declined to identify, had slammed a door on the left arm of a 19-year-old woman from Bangor, then put a chair behind the door to hold it closed, leaving the woman’s arm pinched in between the door.

The man was taken into custody and charged with simple assault and harassment, troopers said.
