A 65-year-old Saylorsburg woman is the victim of a scam.

State police at the Stroudsburg barracks were summoned at 12:16 p.m. Nov. 14 to a home in Hamilton Township.

Police said someone convinced the woman to purchase multiple gift cards and give the numbers from them in exchange for a “Pringles” promotion logo that she never received.
