Monroe County Commissioner John Moyer and Sara May-Silfee, Director of Elections and Voter Registration, go through ballots Thursday morning. As of 12:32 a.m. Friday, 93.78% of the state’s mailed ballots have been counted. The total percentage of mailed ballots counted by area counties at that time are: Carbon, 98.22%; Lehigh, 87.71%; Monroe, 97.78%; Northampton, 97.56%; and Schuylkill, 97.80%. AMY LEAP/TIMES NEWS
