Carbon County court — ARD

Three defendants in pending criminal cases were placed in Carbon County’s Accelerated Rehabilitation Disposition probation program on Monday by Judge Steven R. Serfass.

If a person successfully completes all conditions of the program, their record will be wiped clean. However, if they fail to complete it, or are revoked from it, then they would face trial on all pending charges. A person does not admit guilt in entering the program.

Carlton L. McCullough Jr., 26, of Bethlehem, was placed for two years on charges of corruption of a minor, misdemeanor 1, and harassment for an incident on June 1, 2018, at a residence along Grouse Trail in Penn Forest Township. State police at Fern Ridge charged McCullough with having inappropriate contact with a then 15-year-old female.

It was noted the victim and her mother approved of the ARD placement.

McCullough was also ordered to pay an assessment fee of $650 for the cost of the program and render 100 hours of community service and have no contact with the victim.

Infaisia Diamon Maisonet, 25, of Lansford, was placed in the program to two years on a felony count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and two other drug counts. He was arrested on May 29 by Lansford police at a residence along East Patterson Street. Marijuana was the drug involved.

He was assessed $450 and ordered to get a drug and alcohol evaluation and follow any recommendation for treatment, zero tolerance for drug or alcohol use and render 100 hours of community service.

Ally Sue Parker, 22, of Weatherly, was placed for a year on charges of contraband-controlled substance and obstruction in the administration of law. She was arrested on Aug. 8 by county detectives for an incident at the county prison. Parker was a corrections officer who passed a drug prescribed to one inmate to another inmate.

She was assessed $450 and ordered to render 50 hours of community service.

Each defendant must also pay court costs of about $1,000 and a $50 per month supervision fee while in the program.
