State police at Schuylkill Haven report the following:
• A neighbor dispute at a Schuylkill County location has led to the arrest of one of the parties involved.
State police at Schuylkill Haven said troopers were dispatched to New Street in Norwegian Township at 11:38 p.m. on Sept. 28 for a noise complaint. Troopers said there is an ongoing issue between neighbors at this location.
As a result of this incident Thomas Kelly, 35, of Pottsville, was cited for disorderly conduct against his 69-year-old neighbor.
• Police are investing a burglary on Lengle Homestead Road, Washington Township.
Police said the victim, a 63-year-old woman from Reading, reported someone broke into the home and stole picture frames valued at $2,900 and a bronze Eagle statue worth $50.
• A 30-year-old man from Ephrata was cited for harassment by physical contact after an incident at 1:37 p.m. Oct. 7 along Summer Valley Road in West Brunswick Township.
Police said they issued the citation after responding to a physical altercation in which the victim is a 33-year-old woman from Orwigsburg.
• Ryan Ganter, 41, of Schuylkill Haven, is facing drug possession charges as a result of a traffic stop made by police at 3:10 a.m. Oct. 7 at the intersection of Manheim Road and Route 61 in North Manheim Township.
Police said he was stopped while driving a 2005 Mazda, after which time police discovered in plain view a clear plastic bag containing suspected K-2 synthetic cannabis on the front passenger seat of the vehicle.
