State police report on mischief, harassment

State police at Frackville reported on the following incidents:

• On Oct. 10 at 11:42 p.m. troopers were dispatched to the area of 121 McKnight St., in Gordon borough, for a disturbance. It was determined that Scott Roche, 27, of Gordon, was causing a disturbance in the street by striking the 2009 Mazda 6 vehicle of a 26-year-old woman from Mount Carmel, with a baseball bat. Roche fled the scene prior to the arrival of troopers.

Charges of criminal mischief and disorderly conduct were filed against Roche.

• Tiffany Konscler, 32, of Shenandoah, has been cited for harassment - physical contact, for an incident on Sept. 28 at 2 p.m. in the 400 block of West Coal Street, Shenandoah. Troopers said Koncsler and a 51-year-old woman from Shenandoah got into an argument that turned physical when the defendant pushed the victim in the chest, grabbed her by the wrist and scratched her neck. Koncsler fled the scene prior to the arrival of troopers. Charges were filed.

• Troopers made a vehicle stop on Sept. 6 at 7:02 p.m. along Altamont Boulevard at West Coal Street, West Mahanoy Township. The driver, Rayna Honsby, 27, Shenandoah, was found in possession of a controlled substance. Charges are pending.

• State police at the Frackville barracks are investigating a criminal mischief incident that happened at 3:45 a.m. Oct. 7 on Centre Street in Ashland.

The victim is a 59-year-old man from Ringtown who reported someone used a bat to damage three windows and the right rear passenger door of his 2015 Toyocar van container trailer.
