One person was injured Wednesday afternoon in a crash in Franklin Township.

The incident occurred just after 3 p.m. at the intersection of Route 209 and Wagner street.

One of the two vehicles came to rest on its side with emergency personnel removing the victim from the rear of the vehicle.

Franklin township police are investigating the incident.

Franklin township fire police maintained traffic control at the scene shutting down the roadway from Route 248 to Wagner Street.
