Matthew Warren Elison, 19, of the 400 block of Willing Street, Tamaqua, is facing charges of terroristic threats, harassment, disorderly conduct, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, purchase alcohol by a minor and public drunkenness for an incident on Sept. 26 at 9:18 p.m.

On that date and time officers were dispatched to Willing Street, for an unwanted person.

Elison was at the residence after the night before threatening the homeowner, a relative of the defendant.

The victim, his girlfriend, said Elison came to the residence drunk and threatening her with physical harm.

After speaking with the two victims police found Elison and took him into custody.

He was placed in a cell at the police station prior to being arraigned.

Records indicate Elison is an inmate in the county prison.
