Building Your Estate Planning Tool Box

Do you need information on creating or updating your will or estate plans? Northampton Community College will hold this free virtual program, part of the bi-annual series “Building Your Estate-Planning Toolbox,” on Oct. 13, at 8:30 a.m.

Moderated by the NCC Foundation and Sheri Leo, Senior Vice President and Manager, Nonprofit Services of Fulton Bank/Fulton Financial Advisors, a panel of financial and legal experts will discuss how to navigate your accounts at financial institutions for estate planning, powers of attorney and the executor of a will.

Virtual Open Houses

Prospective students of all ages can choose from two convenient online open houses this fall to learn about the 100+ fields of study offered at Northampton Community College.

The two open houses, inclusive of all NCC sites, will feature a mix of panels and information sessions that will run in 45-minute increments from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Oct. 24 and Nov. 21.

The panel discussions will delve into specific areas of study while the information sessions will cover topics including financial aid, career services, residence life, transfer agreements and more.

Attendees can pick and choose which panels that are of most interest to them based on individual questions and anticipated area of study.

Cops ‘n Kids Events

Northampton Community College will hold Cops ‘n Kids events on several Saturdays, during the fall semester, at the Just Born Cops ‘n Kids Reading Room at the Fowler Family Southside Center, 511 E. Third St., Bethlehem. Each session runs from 10 a.m.-noon.

Nov. 21. Who’s Up for Thanksgiving Leftovers?

Dec. 5. Holiday Traditions to Share

Masks are required for all attendees. Attendance is limited, and preregistration is required. Register at lvcops-n-kids@att.net.
