State police at the Fern Ridge barracks were summoned to investigate a one-vehicle crash at 5:42 p.m. Oct. 2 on Interstate 80 in Kidder Township.

Police said Jacob M. Pahner, 24, of Cleveland, Ohio, was driving a 2019 International Harvester when he lost control of it and it rolled over in the roadway, blocking both lanes of traffic.

He was taken to the Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center, Wilkes-Barre, by the Lake Harmony Rescue Squad. Police said the severity of his injuries is unknown.

The rig needed to be towed from the scene.
