State police at the Lehighton barracks reported on the following:

• Two people were cited for harassment with physical contact after they were summoned to an inactive domestic incident at 10:40 a.m. Sept. 13 on Butternut Street in Eldred Township.

Police said they interviewed the two people who were involved in the incident and determined both were at fault.

• A Harrisburg man sustained a dog bite when he broke up a fight between two dogs at 2:33 p.m. Sept. 12 at 113 Bear Creek Lake Drive in Penn Forest Township.

State police at the Lehighton barracks were called to the scene after the man suffered a bite on his right forearm.
