Sage D. Provo, 23, of Stroudsburg, was slightly injured in a one-vehicle crash that happened at 10:17 p.m. Sept. 18 on Greenview Drive in Chestnuthill Township, according to state police at the Fern Ridge barracks.

Police said he fled the scene to his residence after the crash. His injuries are suspected to be minor.

Charges of driving under the influence of alcohol are pending the result of blood tests administered to Provo.

Police said he was driving a 2002 Chevrolet Impala eastbound when it went off the left side of the roadway, traveled over a driveway and through a yard and hit a propane tank and a house at 104 Renee Road. After the initial impact, police said the car rolled an unknown number of times before coming to rest on its roof next to a tree.

Police said he was also cited for driving violations.
