State police at Schuylkill Haven report incidents

State police at Schuylkill Haven reported investigating the following incidents at Schuylkill County locations:

• A 22-year-old woman from Centre Street in Port Clinton reported someone entered a standalone garage on her property and removed miscellaneous items including two children’s bicycles, a black tool box and a Shop-Vac. The incident occurred sometime between Aug. 15 and Sept. 7.

• Troopers are investigating a bad check report made by a 48-year-old woman from Dad Burnhams Road in Washington Township. The checks totaled $1,050.

• A 25-year-old woman from Newtown, Bucks County, reported that several items were removed from her 2016 Hyundai while parked at Route 61 and Mountain Road, in Port Clinton. The incident occurred sometime between Aug. 22 and 23.

• A 28-year-old man from East Grand Avenue, Tower City, reported someone entered his yard and cut the liner in his swimming pool. The incident occurred on Sept. 3 at 12:44 a.m. Damages were estimated at $500.

• On Sept. 15 at 3:02 p.m. troopers responded Chase Auto Finance, located along Atlantic Street in Norwegian Township, for the report of the theft of a Jaguar, no year given.

• Troopers said a 13-year-old girl from Minersville reported the alleged assault occurred on Sept. 11 along Grove Drive in Hegins Township, sometime between 8:20 p.m. and midnight.

Troopers did not release any other information and said the investigation is ongoing.
