Bill owed

Harvey Industries Inc., dba Harvey Building Products, 1400 Main St., Waltham, Massachusetts, has filed a civil complaint against Master’s Construction Services, dba Master’s Roofing & Construction Inc., and Sandra Hinkle, 374 Packer Drive, Weatherly.

The suit states the plaintiff accepted a credit application and agreed to sell the defendant goods under the terms of the agreement.

The suit states certain goods were provided the defendant set forth in invoices and a bill for those goods is due and owed.

Sought is $203,877.39 plus interest, costs and fees.
