Some storms this afternoon and evening could be severe. The primary hazard is expected to be damaging winds.

Today: A chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 2 p.m. Some storms could be severe, with damaging winds and heavy rain. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 82. Calm wind becoming southwest around 5 mph in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 30%. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
Tonight: A chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly before 10 p.m. Some storms could be severe, with damaging winds and heavy rain. Cloudy, then gradually becoming partly cloudy, with a low around 66. Calm wind becoming west around 5 mph after midnight. Chance of precipitation is 40%. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
Friday: Sunny, with a high near 80. Northwest wind 5 to 10 mph.
Friday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 54. Northwest wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the evening.
