State police at Fern Ridge are investigating the theft of a catalytic converter from a vehicle.

On Aug. 27 at 1:33 p.m. troopers responded to a residence along Warner Drive in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County. A Saylorsburg couple reported the converter was removed from their 1999 Ford F250 truck that was parked at the residence. Value of the converter was placed at $400.
