Northampton Community College inducted 182 outstanding students into the Tau Gamma Chapter and Beta Beta Chi Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa, the international honor society of two-year colleges.

The following local students were inducted into the Monroe Campus Beta Beta Chi Chapter:

Albrightsville: Sabrina Kelly, Deborah Travers

Effort: Rebecca James, Rhianna Ross

The induction ceremony for the Monroe Campus Beta Beta Chi Chapter was held on May 29, via Zoom. Monroe Dean, Matt Connell, was the administrative speaker from the college.

To qualify for membership, inductees must have a 3.5 or higher grade-point average and be enrolled in an associate degree program.
