Nesquehoning police confiscated more drugs during a recent traffic stop. At approximately 11 p.m. on June 19, police conducted a traffic along Catawissa Street. Two suspects were taken into custody after approximately 30 baggies of heroin and fentanyl were found in their vehicle. The investigation is ongoing. This is the second traffic stop in two weeks that ended with an arrest for drugs. Last week, one person was arrested after police found over seven bricks of heroin during a traffic stop.
