Gregory D. Radoslovich, 47, of Effort, was charged by state police at the Fern Ridge barracks after a two-vehicle collision at 11:05 p.m. June 2 at the intersection of Toll Road and Bluegrass Lane in Chestnuthill Township.

Police said the crash occurred when a 2007 Acura TL operated by William R. Strunk, 37, of Stroudsburg, was southbound on Toll Road and the driver failed to yield the right of way while attempting to turn left onto Bluegrass Lane. The Acura crashed into a 2015 Jeep Wrangler that Radoslovich was driving on Toll Road. Police said the Jeep rolled over before coming to rest crashing into a tree.

Police said Radoslovich fled the scene and was contacted at his residence.

Police said Strunk is also facing several traffic citations.

No one was hurt in the crash.
