Kylie Dillon of McAdoo, a senior at Wilkes University, was recognized for service as a resident assistant at the university’s extracurricular awards. Dillon is a Communication Studies major and received the undergraduate degree on May 16.

Wilkes University’s Office of Residence Life recognized the students for their service. Resident assistants are hired on the basis of character, leadership and their ability to interact with students. All of them undergo extensive training so they may readily meet the needs of residential students.
