Lisa Mantz is proud to announce the graduation of her daughter Aliya Baig from the Morgan County High School in Madison, Georgia, on May 20, 2020.

Aliya is the granddaughter of Rita J. Mantz and late Ronald A. Mantz, of Hauto Valley Estates, Nesquehoning.

Aliya is graduating summa cum laude with honors in English, math, science, social studies, world language and fine arts. She was a participant in the rigorous International Baccalaureate Program and a member of the National Honor Society. While at MCHS, she participated in marching band, where she was the clarinet section leader for two years, a member of the symphonic band for four years, a soccer manager for three years, a four-year participant in the Georgia Youth Assembly and a member of the Robotics Club.

Aliya will be attending the University of Georgia this fall, where she will pursue a biology degree.
