State police at Lehighton report the following incidents.

• An identity theft incident was reported by a 67-year-old Lower Towamensing Township man.

Troopers said a neighbor is a suspect in the incident in which the victim’s debit/ATM card was used to make unauthorized purchases. The incident was reported on April 18.

• Bret Badellino, 29, of Orefield, was cited for harassment by state police at the Lehighton barracks after they were summoned to a domestic dispute at 11:21 a.m. April 28 on Prospect Street in Weissport.

• Police are investigating a sexual assault that occurred in 2012 but was just recently reported.

Troopers released few details about the Towamensing Township incident that occurred between June 1 and Sept. 1, 2012. The victim is a 22-year-old woman, who was a juvenile at the time of the incident.
