Lehighton state police report on incidents

State police at Lehighton reported on the following incidents:

• Two people were cited for disorderly conduct after police had to respond to incidents in Polk Township two times on April 25.

Darrel Frazier, 44, of Scranton, and Jacqueline Buchman, 34, of Kunkletown, were issued the citations after police were called to 3218 Cherry Road in the township for a second time at 1:45 p.m.

Police said the two were arguing in the front yard of the property.

• Robert McCafferty, 60, of Saylorsburg, was cited with harassment by physical contact after a domestic incident at 1 p.m. April 25 on Blueberry Way in Ross Township.

Police said the victim fled the scene upon their arrival. The victims are a 57-year-old woman and a 29-year-old woman, both from Saylorsburg.

• Police were summoned to the Gateway Motel in Ross Township at 9:33 p.m. April 18 for a man acting strangely.

Police said through talking with the man, a 43-year-old resident of Pen Argyl, they determined he was possibly under the influence of a controlled substance.

Police said he had methamphetamine and was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

• Bret Badellino, 29, of Orefield, was cited for harassment after police were summoned to a domestic dispute at 11:21 a.m. April 28 on the 300 block of Prospect Street in Weissport.
